ConnyAI
Our story
The world is full of opportunities, yet daily tasks and responsibilities often create confusion. We are building ConnyAI for the moments the next step won’t come.
Sometimes you don’t know what it is. Sometimes you know, and your body will not move. Either way, the day stalls before it starts.
Neurodivergence, with its unique ways of perceiving and thinking, enriches the world, but it often lacks the support it deserves. People with autism, ADHD, or other neurological differences frequently encounter systems that are not designed to support their way of life.
We spent two years listening before we wrote a line of code. Interviews and surveys, three deep UX studies. Every rule the product follows came from a specific person describing a specific moment.
The story behind ConnyAI is deeply personal. One of our co-founders has a daughter living with Autism spectrum disorder and dyspraxia, providing direct insight into the challenges faced by individuals with similar experiences and their families. This personal connection is the driving force behind our passion and commitment to creating a solution that genuinely meets the needs of this community.
We understand the difficulties – whether it’s getting through daily life, navigating social situations, or the lack of clear structure – because we have experienced them ourselves.
ConnyAI is a small, specific tool. Built for a specific problem.

How ConnyAI shows up.
ConnyAI is small on purpose. It does five things, in five different moments. The same rule each time - it gives you the next step, and you take it.

When the task is too big
Turns "clean the kitchen" into a sequence you can follow without thinking. One step. Then the next. No list. No menu.

When the day reshuffles
A frame, not a schedule. When a meeting moves or the morning falls apart, the routine bends with it. Nothing to rebuild.

When time goes invisible
Quiet timers and getting-ready sequences for the moments time stops being something you can feel. No urgency. No buzzing phone.

When the noise is too much
When you want a trusted person looped in
Low-noise mode, on by default. Fewer interruptions. Gentler words. The page stays calm even when the day is loud.
An optional loop with a trusted person. Only if you want one. Only what you choose to share. You stay in the centre.
