1. General Terms

Plain-language summary: These rules explain what Conny promises you and what you promise Conny.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and SIA “bigdog.io” regarding your use of the Conny mobile application and related services (“Service”, “App”).

3. Acceptance & Scope

Plain-language summary: Installing Conny means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall.

By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

4. Key Definitions

App - The Conny Android application.

User - A natural person who creates an account or uses the Service.

Content - Text, voice notes, tasks, routines, reminders, or any data submitted by a User.

Agreement - These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and any in-app guidelines.

5. Account Registration

Plain-language summary: Keep your login safe. Users under 18 need parental consent.

Registration process: After installing the App, tap “Create account” and enter a valid email (or choose Google sign-in). Your profile is created.
Users must be at least 13 years old (or the local minimum age). Users under 18 must have parental consent.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and must notify team@conny.ai of any unauthorised access.

Plain-language summary: Conny breaks tasks into gentle steps, schedules routines, reminds you, and offers insights.

Current core features (may evolve):

Chat-based support with AI chat for planning support and task breakdown.
Routine scheduler with adaptive reminders.
Context insights: energy, mood, and personalised patterns.
Reminders and check-lists that adjust to your preference.
Any future features announced in-app or on our website.

7. Pricing (Free Beta)

Plain-language summary: Conny is free while in beta. You’ll get advance notice before we start charging.

The Service is offered free of charge during the beta period.
Before any paid features or subscriptions are introduced, we will

give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in-app banner, and
update these Terms to include payment, trial, and refund provisions.

8. Privacy & Data

Plain-language summary: We collect only what we need and keep it safe.

We collect your email address and basic usage logs to operate and improve the Service.
All data are encrypted at rest and never sold to third parties.
Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. User Rules

Plain-language summary: Use Conny for good, not harm.

Allowed: lawful, personal use of the App.
Not allowed: reverse-engineering, malware, harassment, sharing unlawful or infringing content.

Plain-language summary: We do our best, but software can fail. Our liability is limited.

Conny is provided “as is” without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA “bigdog.io” is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months, if any, before the claim.
Conny is not medical or therapeutic advice. It does not offer medical, psychological, or legal advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always seek qualified help for health-related decisions.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Google AI, OpenAI API, Google authentication).
SIA “bigdog.io” is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

13. Termination

Plain-language summary: We can close bad-actor accounts; you can leave anytime.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings or by emailing team@conny.ai.
The provisions on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution remain in effect even after this Agreement ends..

14. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email and in-app notice.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, unless a different consumer law applies in your country.
Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Riga, Latvia.
